Included in the cost for the professional storage of your fine wine we include:

• professional inventory analysis of your stock:

  we track your wine's country of origin, region, appellation, specific cuvee name, vintage, professional critic's scores (Parker, Tanzer, Burghound, etc) and suggested windows of drinkability as offered by those critics...we enter this information into our new computer database and you have your own passcode to access your data any day we're open!

• the maintaining of your wine at a constant 55 degrees 365 days per year:

  we can guarantee this as our 24,000 bottle cellar was designed by the architectural firm of David D Foster, DDFAIA and includes 2x6 highly insulated walls and ceiling, an independent, 5 ton AC unit with generator back up and constant monitoring.

• and access to your wines 6 days per week:

  you may access your collection any day of the week that we are open and you may also enjoy the use of our facilities to drink your fine wines with friends or family. Our brand new event room is very private or you may enjoy your wine at one of our cocktail tables in the main retail section.
